Player Assessments & Selections
All players interested in participating in competitive soccer must attend Competitive Player Assessments.
Uniforms
- The uniform package for all competitive players must be purchased by each player before the season begins. Details on where and how to purchase will be provide to players along with their team placement offers.
Club Fees vs Team Fees
- Club fees cover registration expenses related to insurance, practice facilities, game facilities, league entry, coaching fees, team practice and game equipment, Canada Soccer and Ontario Soccer affiliation fees, overhead and administrative costs.
- Club fees are due based on the registration and fee schedule set-out in competitive player placement offers following the assessment period.
- Team Fees are separate from Club fees and payable to the team. Team fees are set out in a budget by your Team Officials which encompasses your team's plans for the season and includes tournament or festival fees, exhibition game costs, travel permits, banking fees, and other miscellaneous team expenses.
Training
- Following the assessment window and player selection, players on competitive teams will begin preseason training (indoors in the spring, and outdoors in the fall), before regular season training and games begin.
- In the U8-U12 age groups teams typically train a minimum of 2x/week and play 1x/week
- Specific days/times for team practices will be determined closer to the start of the season as we confirm our facility bookings, and team needs.
