We are excited to announce the introduction of Technical Leads within our Club, a new role designed to enhance our soccer development initiatives and better support our coaches and players.

• Technical Lead, U8-U10 - Duane Barker, National ‘B’ Licence & National Child Licence
• Technical Lead, U11-U14 - Lloyd Barker, Sporting Director
• Technical Lead, U15-U21 - Kim O'Rourke, National ‘C’ Licence

Role Overview: The Technical Leads will work closely with the Sporting Director (SD) to implement strategies and programs focused on developing soccer skills and enhancing the Club’s technical vision. They will be key players in overseeing soccer activities, ensuring that our development plans are effectively executed and aligned with the Club's mission, in particular in the mentorship of coaches across the Club.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach Development: Oversee the Coach Mentorship Program to support coaches' growth through guidance and feedback.
• Player Progression: Collaborate with coaches on player placements, track progress, and facilitate assessments for tailored development.
• Program Support: Assist in executing long-term plans and aligning activities with the Club’s technical goals.
• Communication: Ensure clear information flow among coaches, parents, and players.
