Registration and Accomodations
If your club or team is interested in taking part in this tournament, you can register on-line. The entry fee can be paid on-line, or by cheque, money order, or by debit/credit at the Club Office.
Entry fees $440 (U13-U17) and $225 (U9-10) per team can be paid on-line, or by cheque or money order made payable to “Nepean Hotspurs Soccer Club”. The closing date for applications is May 23, 2016. Teams withdrawing before midnight, June 1, 2016 will forfeit half of their entry fee. Teams will forfeit the entire entry fee if they withdraw after midnight, June 1, 2015. Cheques or money orders must be dated no later than May 23, 2016. In the event that the tournament is cancelled in its entirety, the Nepean Hotspurs SC will refund each team its entry fee.

Accommodations – Hudson Travel Group
The success of our tournaments relies heavily on the combination of great volunteers and the partnerships established with our sponsors. Hudson Travel Group is the exclusive travel partner for our annual tournament. Effectively immediately, one of the criteria of acceptance into our tournament will be that your hotel accommodations have been secured through Hudson Travel Group. They have blocks put aside at all the participating host hotels so be sure to contact them early and secure your spot. We thank you in advance for your support.
