The Spring Indoor Development Program is recommended for recreational (House League) players. The ultimate goal of the Program is to provide physical activity with an emphasis on fun while learning basic technical soccer skills.
The sessions in the gym (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) are approximately 1 hour long and will focus on various soccer activities that are based on game-oriented activities and exercises for the purpose of learning the basics of the game.
The sessions at the Ben Franklin Dome (Saturday) will involve team play groups and this will entail a quick warm up followed by inter group scrimmages with optimum ball touch and play.
The program will be run by highly experienced Hotspurs coaches.

The Sessions will run from March 2nd to April 28th, excluding March 8th-16th and April 19th-21st.
