The Spring Indoor Development Program is recommended for recreational (House League) players. The ultimate goal of the Program is to provide physical activity with an emphasis on fun while learning basic technical soccer skills.
The Program is recommended for children that want to try soccer for the first time or those that have played in recreational soccer. The Program provides physical activity with an emphasis on fun while learning basic soccer skills.
Gym sessions are approximately 1 hour long and focus on various soccer activities that are based on game-oriented activities and exercises.
Dome sessions are 55 minutes long and are held at the Ben Franklin Dome on Saturdays, noon to 2 pm and involve team play groups with a quick warm up followed by inter group scrimmages. These sessions will not have any skill activities which are only provided in the gym sessions.
The U4/U5 Age group will do only minimal scrimmages during their session the focus will be primarily focused small games to encourage skill development through fun.
The program will be run by highly experienced Hotspurs coaches.
Registration Open for U4/U5 once a week and Twice a Week Program on January 1st 2020, Once a Week Program to be available on January 15th 2020.
